Mix 300 mL of powder with 350 mL of hot water to a homogeneous paste consistency. Add a few drops of essential oils to customize the treatment. Apply to the body and wrap in a plastic and a blanket. Leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse in the shower. Continue according to the protocol. For a bath, add 100 mL.
